Redesigned the contract maintenance flow in ASH’s IHIS, modernizing legacy VB6 screens into a web app to streamline creating and managing medical contracts (terms, fee schedules, treatment windows).
IHIS - Workload Balancer
Designed an automated workload distribution and task tracking tool for ASH CQE managers and CQEs (Clinical Quality Evaluators), replacing a manual process to reduce errors, save time, and improve operational efficiency.
